Payment Methods

Our E-shop accepts payments made in the following ways:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card
  • Bank Deposit / Transfer


1. Cash on Delivery


Pay the employee of the courier company upon receipt of your order at your home. This method of payment applies to all cities and locations of Greece.
The extra cost of paying with cash on delivery is 3€. Payment with cash on delivery is available only for Greece and for purchases to 500€ max. In case you choose payment with cash od delivery, the order will have to be confirmed by phone first.


2. Credit, debit and prepaid card

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. You can pay by up to 6 interest-free montlhy installments in orders over 100€.


3. Bank Deposit / Transfer

To confirm your order please proceed with the deposit of the full amount (including transportation costs) in the next 48 hours to one of the following bank accounts:

After the completion of the deposit/transfer, send us a copy of the transaction via email. Provide us your personal information to be able to confirm your payment.
Upon confirmation of your deposit we will ship your products. If you are unable to make the deposit in the next 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and you will have to make a new one.
If you choose payment via web banking through another bank, there may be a slight delay in the transaction and additional fees.
