The website provides to its registered members/customers the ability to purchase products upon acceptance of the website's terms of use. The members of the website remain solely responsible for all activities that occur under their personal account.
Under no circumstances, including negligence, the website is not liable for any damage (including, without limitation, those that result in the loss of profits or loss of data) suffered by the visitor/user of the website's pages, services, options and content, which uses on his own initiative.
The user of the website understands and accepts that the website reserves the right to disable any user account in case of violation of these terms of use.

The completion of an order through the e-shop, constitutes a sales contract remotely adjustable by the legal framework of Law.2251/1994, as amended.

The content of the site may be provided by third parties and in case of a commercial transaction with a third party advertiser or member, then this transaction will be subject to the trading terms and conditions of the counterpart member and not of the website's.

Any reproduction, modification, copy, sell, resell and/or commercial exploit in any manner of the entire website or part of the website's content is only allowed with prior written permission of the website's or any other copyright holder.

Law and justice control

This Agreement is governed by the provisions of Greek Law, the Directives and Regulations of European Law and the relevant international provisions, construed in accordance with the rules of good faith, business ethics and the economic and social purpose of rights. If any provision is found contrary to law and therefore void or voidable, it ceases to have effect, without, in any way affect the validity of other conditions. No modification of the terms of this contract will be taken into account and be a part of it, if not expressed in writing and incorporated in it.
Expressly agreed hereby that in case that is brought against the owner of the website any action, claim, administrative or judicial action arising from any type of user/visitor violation of the website, the user/visitor who made the breach, undertakes the responsibility to intervene in the relevant arising process and to compensate the owner of the website if forced to pay compensation or other fees.
